Business/Recruitment Visa Requirements

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond intended length of stay in the Philippines
  • Photocopy of passport
  • Duly accomplished visa application form
  • Two colored photos
  • Request letter from sponsor/employer, including details of visa applicant and purpose of travel (for non-Kuwaitis)
  • Copy of round-trip airplane ticket
  • Personal appearance (upon request)
    If the purpose of the visit is for recruitment of Filipino workers, applicant must submit the following:
    * Copy of the Special Power of Attorney verified by the Office of the Labor Attache
    *Copy of demand letter stating the number of workers to be hired, their positions, and salaries
    *Copy of approved block visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    Fees: KD 9.750 (single entry/3 months); KD 19.500 (multiple entry/6months) KD 29.250 (multiple entry/1 year)
